Bhiwadi, Rajasthan – In the early hours of Wednesday night a fierce fire broke out at the DA Packaging Company’s plant located in the Santhalka Industrial Area, sending waves of alarm across the Khairthal‑Tijara district. Within moments the flames surged from one side of the complex to the other, turning the once‑busy industrial hub into a chaotic emergency scene.

Rapid Escalation Prompts Immediate Action

Eyewitnesses said they heard a sudden crackling before a wall of fire became visible. The sudden blaze prompted nearby residents to dial emergency numbers, leading the Bhiwadi fire department to mobilise several fire engines without hesitation.

Fire Department Officer Raju Khan confirmed that his teams arrived to find the fire already well‑advanced. “When we reached the site, the blaze had already consumed a large portion of the structure,” Khan explained. Crews quickly deployed hoses, applied foam agents, and rotated in coordinated shifts to stop the fire from jumping to adjacent warehouses.

Assessing Damage and Ongoing Inquiry

Initial observations indicate extensive damage to the plant’s infrastructure, stored raw materials, and finished products. Authorities have not yet released a definitive loss estimate. A comprehensive audit will be conducted once the fire is fully extinguished, providing a clearer picture of the financial impact.

Cause Still Under Investigation

The origin of the fire remains undetermined. No official source has pinpointed a specific trigger, and investigators are awaiting the results of a detailed on‑site examination. Officials stress that the cause will be disclosed only after a thorough forensic analysis.

So far, the fire department reports no injuries or fatalities linked to the incident. Further updates regarding the extent of the damage and the eventual cause are expected as the situation develops.
