What the State‑Level Job Expo Entails
Raipur will host a bustling two‑day employment exhibition on 7 & 8 October at the Juneja Indoor Stadium, Boodhapara. Spearheaded by the Department of Skill Development, Technical Education and Employment, the event aims to pair more than 8,700 open positions with enthusiastic candidates.

To date, 36 companies and recruitment agencies have submitted listings covering a broad range of sectors, such as:
- Manufacturing & engineering
- Electrical services & automotive
- Sales, marketing & customer support
- Banking, finance & office administration
- Healthcare, security & logistics
Roles on offer range from technicians, machine operators, electricians and engineers to sales executives, computer operators, tele‑callers, nursing staff, security guards, drivers and delivery personnel. Apprenticeship and trainee positions are also available.
Eligibility – Who Should Apply?
The fair welcomes candidates from diverse educational backgrounds. Depending on the job, required qualifications span from Class 10 and Class 12 up to ITI, diploma, engineering, graduate and postgraduate degrees. The official portal lists openings in healthcare, education, engineering, security and many other fields.

Aspirants need to enroll via the Chhattisgarh Employment Department’s e‑Rojgar portal. The process is straightforward:
- Navigate to the e‑Rojgar site and select “Employment Seeker Login”.
- Fill out your personal details and upload the necessary documents.
- Explore the posted vacancies and pick the ones you wish to contest.
