The complainant maintains that the accused initially introduced himself as a Hindu while building a friendship. As the relationship grew more intimate, she discovered that he was actually a Muslim. Upon learning his true faith, she says he began urging her to adopt Islam and to become his wife.
She also alleges that the man threatened to circulate her photographs on social media should she reject his demands, adding a layer of intimidation to the purported pressure.
